Main Responsibilities of the Position

The FP&A Manager will have the mission to perform essential functions for Grupo Boticário’s finance sector, which include:

Preparation and Review of Projections: responsible for constructing annual projections and quarterly reviews of results for the Salons channel, ensuring that forecasts align with the company’s strategic objectives.

Margin and Profitability Analysis: the professional will be in charge of monitoring performance indicators, as well as consolidating financial results for presentation to management, which includes a deep understanding of profit margins.

Financial Support to the Business Area: another important aspect will be providing technical support in financial analyses, allowing strategic decisions to be based on solid financial data.

Profitability Analysis: will work on analyzing the profitability of the Franchisee and Salons channels, helping to identify market opportunities and risks that may impact financial performance.

Development of Structuring Projects: it will be the manager’s responsibility to develop long-term projects focused on ensuring sustainable growth of the franchise and salon channel.

Requirements and Qualifications

According to Grupo Boticário, interested professionals must meet some fundamental prerequisites for the position, including:

Academic Background: degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting or related areas.

Previous Experience: solid knowledge in FP&A, with experience in results analysis and comparison between forecasts and actuals, especially in franchise-based business models.

Communication Skills: ability to synthesize and present complex information clearly and objectively.

Differentials: experience in strategic planning consultancies is considered an important differential for the position.
