Jobs Have No Age Restrictions And No Maximum Training Time. Upon Completion Of The Program, Professionals Will Become Leaders In The Company

São Paulo, September 24, 2021 – Committed to diversity and valuing talent, Grupo Carrefour Brasil launches its career acceleration program aimed at black professionals, Talents of the Future 2021: Black Leadership. Unlike typical trainee programs, Talents of the Future is not focused on newly graduated professionals. The goal is to accelerate the careers of talents who have already entered the job market but have not yet assumed leadership positions.

The acceleration program will last for 18 months, with an initial salary of R$7,500.00. The 20 available positions are aimed at professionals with a complete higher education degree from all over the country, with no age limit and no specific area of training required. Proficiency in another language will also not be a prerequisite.

With This Program, We Aim To Accelerate The Careers Of Black Talents Who Will Become Leaders In The Corporate Structure Of Grupo Carrefour Brasil,” Explains Cristiane Lacerda. According To Cristiane, One Of The Diferentials Of The Program Is The 18-Month Training Process That Includes An International Module, To Be Held In France, Where The Global Headquarters Of Carrefour Is Located.

Throughout The Program, Participants Will Also Undergo Training In Agile Methodologies, Leadership Training, As Well As Immersion In Topics Related To Technology And Innovation. Grupo Carrefour Brasil Will Also Cover Language Training If Necessary. After The 18 Months, The New Leaders Will Present A Project Focused On Social Responsibility And Inclusion That Will Complement The Other Anti-Racism Programs Offered By Grupo Carrefour Brasil.

In Total, 20 Positions Will Be Offered With Operations In São Paulo. Selected Candidates Residing In Other States Will Receive Stipends For Relocation. Additionally, All Participants In The Acceleration Program Will Receive Benefits Such As Transportation And Meal Vouchers; Life Insurance; Medical Assistance; Dental Assistance; Discounts With Partner Companies; On-Site Meals; And Profit Sharing (PLR).

The Selection Of Professionals Will Be Conducted In Partnership With Cia De Talentos And Will Include Five Stages, All Conducted Online.
