The Toyota Fielder, the station wagon version of the renowned Corolla sedan, made its presence felt in the Brazilian market between 2004 and 2008. Produced at Toyota’s factory in Indaiatuba, São Paulo, the Fielder stood out for combining the reliability and efficiency already known of the Corolla with the added practicality and space of a station wagon.
Equipped with a 1.8 1ZZ-FE VVT-i engine, the Fielder offered 136 hp, available in both gasoline versions and, later, in flex fuel versions. This engine provided a good balance between performance and fuel economy, meeting the needs of both families looking for a spacious vehicle and professionals who required a robust car for light cargo transport.
