An Initiative That Empowers Talents Since 2013
With the aim of promoting research, development, and innovation in Brazilian companies, Inova Talentos has been a springboard for many professionals since 2013. This program is a joint effort of the Euvaldo Lodi Institute (IEL) with the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq) and the Institute for Technological Research (IPT). Its main objective is to discover, select, and train talents, preparing them for a constantly evolving market.
