Training Opportunities at Senac Are Available in the Cities of Sinop, Sorriso, and Colíder, Focusing on Areas Such as Commerce, Health, and Logistics. Classes Start This Semester.
The Senac Mato Grosso is all set to start training hundreds of people in the Nortão region of the state. With 266 spots in free courses, the institution aims to help the folks from Sinop, Sorriso, and Colíder specialize in strategic areas. The goal is to prepare people for the job market and, in addition, contribute to the development of these regions.
The courses are part of the project ‘Prepara Varejo 2024’, which has a strong focus on commerce, but also covers areas such as health, beauty, and logistics. Spots are limited and classes will take place this semester, so it’s good to stay alert to not miss this chance!
Courses Offered at the Senac Units in Sinop, Sorriso, and Colíder
In Sinop, Senac has opened 150 spots spread across eight courses. Options range from the Product Management for Commerce course, with 30 spots, to the Market Intelligence – Big Data course, with 6 spots. There are also courses such as Sales Techniques and The Art of Communicating and Selling More, for those looking to improve their commercial and communication skills. Additionally, there’s Sign Language – Basic with 14 spots, focusing on inclusion and accessibility.

If you live in Sorriso, you can enroll in one of three health-related courses, with 38 total spots. Among them is the Technical Procedures in Vaccination Room course, with 8 spots, and the Nursing Assistance in Neonatology course, which offers 12 spots. These courses are ideal for those wanting to specialize and work in health care, especially with the advancement of technologies in the sector.
In Colíder, Senac also offers a good number of spots: 78 spots in five courses. There’s the Senior Caregiver course, with 11 spots, as well as the Fabric Painting Artisan course, with 25 spots, and options in ergonomics and humanized health care.
Opportunities for Everyone
Most courses are open to youth from 14 years and adults of all ages, with different prerequisites, varying according to the required education level – generally, having completed Elementary School or High School is necessary.
The director of Professional Education at Senac Mato Grosso, Rosana Abutakka, emphasized the importance of these training programs. “Expanding the offerings in the North region of the state reinforces Senac’s commitment to the qualification of the population and the growth of local economies. We are providing opportunities for professionals to develop and stand out in the market”, she said.

Enrollment is open and can be done directly at the Senac units in each municipality or through the Customer Relationship Center, via WhatsApp, at (65) 9 9917-6023, Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 6 PM. If you have any questions about the courses, days, or class times, you can also ask through this channel.
Don’t forget to bring the necessary documents: ID, proof of address, and proof of schooling. If you are under 18 years old, you need to be accompanied by a legal guardian to enroll.
