Few people know, but SENAC has over 370 open slots for a free online technical course in Logistics, with national certification from SENAC RS and professional training in 13 months.
The proposal caters to a broad audience, bringing together graduates in engineering, exact sciences, computer science, agrarian and biomedical fields, among other areas of knowledge that engage with the use of intelligent technologies in productive, scientific, and institutional processes.
By adopting the distance learning format, the course expands access to specialized training.
This allows professionals from different regions of the state to participate in the training without the need for frequent travel.
Still, the notice establishes as a basic requirement that the candidate has a computer with internet access and a minimum command of digital tools, a condition essential for following the proposed academic activities.
In addition to the requirement of a degree recognized by MEC, the selection process imposes as a mandatory criterion residence in Espírito Santo.
This measure seeks to prioritize the training of local professionals, aligning educational offerings with regional demands for qualified professionals in emerging technologies, especially in the field of Artificial Intelligence.
Selection Process Without Test and Based on Titles
Unlike traditional selections based on written tests, the classification of candidates will be conducted through the Title Evaluation, termed “Professional and Academic History”.
In this model, the assessment considers the candidate’s professional trajectory and additional training, assigning a maximum score of 100 points.
Professional experience holds significant weight in the process, potentially contributing up to 50 points of the total score.
Each month of proven work in related functions increases the final score, respecting the limit set in the announcement.
Completed postgraduate courses, both lato sensu and stricto sensu, are also taken into account.
These qualifications can contribute up to 40 points, according to the established criteria.
Another criterion relates to the scope of the UnAC Program, which includes candidates residing in the municipality of the hub to which the spot is linked.
This factor serves as an additional scoring element and can add up to 10 points.
In cases where two or more candidates achieve the same final score, the notice defines objective tiebreaker criteria.
Priority is given to the older candidate, followed by residence in the municipality of the hub and finally, by higher score in professional experience.
Required Documentation and Vacancy Reservation Policies
To participate in the selection process, candidates must present, at the time of registration, all supporting documentation of the declared information.
This documentation must be submitted along with the Evaluation Form of the Professional and Academic History.
The absence or inconsistency of documents may result in the disqualification of the candidate, according to the rules established by the institution.
In the case of reserved spots for black, brown, and indigenous people, as well as for people with disabilities, the notice provides for additional verification procedures.
These steps follow institutional and legal norms and aim to ensure the correct application of affirmative action policies.
Training Aligned with Market and Public Sector Demands
The offer of this free postgraduate program is presented by the institution as part of a strategy to strengthen training in areas considered strategic for technological development.
Artificial Intelligence occupies a central position in processes of automation, data analysis, decision-making, and innovation.
In this scenario, the demand for qualified professionals with specific training is growing.
The initiative seeks to bring academic production closer to the needs of the market and the public sector.
The goal is to contribute to the training of specialists capable of acting in projects involving algorithms, intelligent systems, and data-driven solutions.
The expectation is that graduates of the course will be prepared to apply concepts of Artificial Intelligence in a technical way and aligned with contemporary requirements.
