Specialization Course in Professional and Technological Education Management
The Lato Sensu Postgraduate Program in Professional and Technological Education Management aims to empower professionals to work in technical schools, federal institutes, and other educational institutions that offer vocational training courses.
With a total workload of 360 hours, the specialization will be conducted over 12 months, entirely online.
The course structure includes both synchronous and asynchronous activities, allowing students to study according to their availability.
The Virtual Learning Environment (AVA) will be the main tool for content delivery, utilizing the Moodle platform and other interactive resources.
As part of the completion requirements, participants will need to prepare a Training Report, which will serve as a Final Course Paper (TCC), developed progressively during the specialization.
Who Can Participate?
The postgraduate program is aimed at graduates in any field of knowledge, making it an excellent option for teachers, educational managers, pedagogical coordinators, and other professionals who wish to enhance their competencies in educational management.
Distribution of Spots
IFRR is offering 200 spots, which will be distributed among six centers accredited by UAB/CAPES in the state of Roraima. Check the distribution:
- Amajari: 35 spots
- Alto Alegre: 25 spots
- Boa Vista: 50 spots
- Caracaraí: 30 spots
- Cantá: 25 spots
- Mucajaí: 35 spots
If any center does not fill all the spots, they will be redistributed to units with higher demand.
Selection Process and Evaluation Criteria
Applicants will be selected through Curriculum Analysis, which will award points based on professional experience, additional training, and academic participation.
The evaluation criteria are as follows:
- Professional Experience – Teaching in Basic Education: up to 30 points
- Additional Training – Improvement courses in Special Education: up to 20 points
- Scientific Publications – Works with ISBN/ISSN in the field of Education: up to 20 points
- Participation in Academic Events – As a speaker: up to 20 points / As an attendee: up to 10 points
Ranking will be based on the total sum of points obtained by the candidates.
How to Enroll
Interested individuals can enroll for free between March 7 and 16, 2025, through the Contest Management System (SGC) of IFRR, accessible via the website https://sgc.ifrr.edu.br/.
The final result of the selection process will be announced on March 24, 2025, and enrollments must be completed between March 25 and 28, 2025.
