Senai Is Accepting Applications for Over 100 Openings in Free Courses in Human Resources, Aimed at Those Who Want to Qualify and Expand Opportunities in the Job Market.
The government of Acre, in partnership with Senai, is offering free courses aimed at training professionals in the area of Human Resources. The goal is to help workers qualify for the market, offering opportunities for professional growth and a new chance for employability.
With in-person classes facilitated by technology, the courses are already underway in Rio Branco and are aimed both at employees of companies and the community at large, with the expectation that this initiative will have a positive impact on the local job market.
State and Senai Join Forces to Train HR Professionals
This week, the government of Acre, through the State Business Agency (Anac) and in partnership with Senai/AC, began the Human Resources Assistant Course. This training is part of a series of free courses aimed at improving the qualifications of professionals in the region. The main focus is to train qualified workers to perform essential HR functions, such as personnel administration and talent management.

The course not only teaches the technical routines of the HR field, but also focuses on the human side of the profession, offering an approach that goes beyond the basics, integrating motivational and coaching content to fully prepare the students.

In addition to these, Senai is also planning to expand its training to other areas in 2025, such as plumbing installation, regulatory standards, and building electrical systems, always aiming to meet local market demands.
