Perbras Selection Process

The selection process for the Offshore Electrical Supervisor position is divided into several rigorous stages to ensure that candidates meet the required technical and operational standards. The selection begins with online registration and curriculum analysis, where professional experiences and required certifications will be evaluated.

Approved candidates proceed to reasoning and math tests, which are essential to ensure they possess the necessary skills for the position. After this phase, there is a documentation analysis, where all required certifications and registrations for the position will be verified. If the candidate is approved, they will undergo medical exams, which are essential to ensure they are fit to work in an offshore environment.

The next stage consists of a general assessment, where the candidate’s technical and behavioral skills will be analyzed. Finally, those with the best performances will be called for hiring and immediate embarkation at the UN-ES Basin.

Offshore Electrical Supervisor – Vitória/ES

The Offshore Electrical Supervisor position in Vitória/ES has as its main responsibilities the electrical maintenance of offshore equipment and facilities. The professional will be responsible for planning activities, inspecting access points and anchorage points, as well as guiding teams on safety procedures.

Thus, they must carry out inspection and control of electrical equipment, ensuring that all safety standards are met. The role involves the use of industrial climbing techniques and rope access, requiring specific qualifications for these activities.

The work routine follows a 14×14 shift schedule, where the professional embarks on offshore platforms located in the Vitória-ES and Farol de São Thomé-RJ regions.

Other requirements include mandatory courses such as NR-10, NR-33, NR-35, CBSP, CESS, NR-34 training, as well as knowledge of electrical installations in explosive atmospheres. It is also desirable to have the Underwater Aircraft Escape Training for Tropical Waters (T-HUET).
