According to autoesporte, Jeep Avenger, a compact SUV that is already successful in Europe, is being studied for entry into the Brazilian market. With modern design and compact dimensions, it could become the new entry model for Jeep in the country. The Jeep Avenger is a compact SUV designed in Italy and built in Poland based on the French CMP-2 platform. Compared to the Renegade, it is slightly smaller but offers a more generous trunk, with a minimum capacity of 380 liters.

The design of the Avenger is modern and minimalist. The cabin features an instrument and multimedia panel with large 10.25-inch digital screens. The two-tone finish and waterfall shape give personality to the interior. Furthermore, there are few physical buttons, providing an intuitive driving experience.

Engine Options

In Europe, the Avenger is available in three engine options: electric, hybrid (4xe), and combustion. In Brazil, the strategy is expected to be different. The model will be produced on the Bio-Hybrid platform, classified as a micro-hybrid. This means it will not use naturally aspirated combustion engines, only turbos.

The engines chosen for the Brazilian Avenger are the 1.0 turbo and the 1.3 turbo from Stellantis. The latter is also a full hybrid (e-DCT), similar to the one used in the Jeep Compass. This configuration could make the Avenger the first flex hybrid from Stellantis produced in Brazil.
