The proposal for this motorhome stands out because it transforms a Kombi into a true home on wheels, providing solutions for sleeping, cooking, bathing, storing food, and traveling with up to 9 properly documented people. The project was presented in Brasília by its creators, Júlio and Ana, who came from Ceará to showcase every detail of the vehicle up close.
More than just an eye-catching appearance, the vehicle was assembled with a focus on real use. According to those responsible, the idea was to create a configuration aimed at families, short trips, and even for those who want to experience the road routine without giving up on structure. Everything was designed to fit, function, and be used for real.
A Motorhome Different from Everything That Usually Appears
The big highlight of this motorhome is the proposal of two floors. The Kombi received a high roof and, above it, an automated electric tent that serves as a second bedroom.

Access is made from inside the vehicle, which avoids having to go outside to access the top during rain or at night.
In practice, this greatly expands the usable area. The upper part features a bed, lighting, ventilation, a mosquito net, USB entry, and rain protection.

Reformed Cabin and Comfort for Those in the Front
At the front, the project features Peugeot 208 seats, a 9-inch multimedia system, console, glove compartment, niches, and various compartments for items. The front seats fully recline and can convert into a bed, something designed for situations where the upper tent does not need to be opened.
The refrigerator was installed at the front, making access easier during travel. According to the project creator, this position allows for easy access to drinks, snacks, and other items. The idea was to transform every corner into a usable area, without leaving the cabin just as a driving space.
Internal Space Was Designed to Take Family
One of the most emphasized points during the presentation was the family configuration. This motorhome was documented for 9 passengers and features individual seats with seatbelts. The proposal is to cater to those who want to travel with more people, something that does not always appear in projects of this type.
The rear seats do not recline but are described as comfortable. The 24-inch TV was positioned so that several people can watch at the same time, even with the vehicle occupied.
There are also directional fans for those sleeping or resting on the lower part. It’s not just an adapted car; it’s an interior planned for convivencia.
Storage Bins, Niches, and Compartments Everywhere
The project invested heavily in storage. There are large bins under seats, behind the refrigerator, above the kitchen, along the sides, and in other points throughout the interior. According to those responsible, the logic was to create distinct places for clothes, bedding, frequently used items, and items that would only be accessed occasionally.
Even the electrical system was left in an easily maintainable location, with wire identification to facilitate future repairs. This shows that the vehicle was not assembled just to impress visually. There is a clear concern with practicality, organization, and maintenance.
Complete External Kitchen Ready for Use
The kitchen is one of the strong points of the motorhome. The set includes a cooktop, sink, pot support, storage space for food, utensils, and a versatile table that can be used in two different spots. According to the video, the couple even prepared meals there during the test trip.
The project also carries pots, thermos, frying pan, steamer, and other kitchen items. Moreover, three cooking methods were included: conventional stove, induction stove for camping use, and camping stove with refill. The proposal is simple: not to leave anyone without the means to cook on the road.
Shower, Side Closure, and Solution for Hygiene
At the rear exterior, the vehicle gained a shower and a canvas closure that works as a reserved area for bathing and kitchen support. The material reaches the ground, can be secured with clamps, and also features divisions to protect the kitchen from water during showers.
A small internal washbasin was also shown, designed for brushing teeth and washing the face without relying on the kitchen sink. There is also a nighttime solution with a portable toilet and biodegradable bags with gel. These are details that show concern for the real routine of those who will sleep and spend more time in the vehicle.
Clean Water, Serviced Water, and Structure for Autonomy
According to the presentation, the vehicle has a serviced water tank of 60 liters and two clean water tanks totaling about 80 liters. In addition, there is a jug for drinking water with a pumping system, which extends autonomy for cooking, washing utensils, and maintaining basic routines during travel.
The logic of the project was to avoid water disposal on the ground and offer more independence for those stopped at campsites, on the road, or in support areas. For a compact motorhome, the water system impresses with its quantity and organization.
Solar Energy and Electric Tent Elevate the Project
Another important highlight is the 620W solar panel installed on the roof. According to the creator, it helps to keep the system running smoothly, even in times of low solar incidence. The vehicle also uses inverters to power equipment such as TV and laptop.
The upper tent is entirely electric and controlled by a button, eliminating manual effort in opening and closing. This sets the project apart from models where the person needs to exit the car to access the upper sleeping area. The combination of solar energy and automation reinforces the motorhome’s proposal for autonomy.
The Project Was Tested on the Road Before Being Presented
Júlio and Ana stated that they traveled from Fortaleza to Brasília with the vehicle to test its functionality before the delivery. According to them, the intention was to validate everything in real use and not pass on the car with problems to those who will receive it.
During the presentation, it was also mentioned that the vehicle had 26,000 km when acquired, with a mileage considered original, and that it underwent maintenance with a water pump replacement, tensioner, and timing belt. This helps to support the idea that the project went beyond aesthetics and underwent mechanical preparation.
How Much Is This Motorhome Mounted on Kombi
In the video, the responsible person stated that they had already received an offer of R$ 150,000 for the vehicle. It was also explained that the project would be delivered with practically everything shown in the presentation, including utensils, chairs, and equipment, basically just needing to add clothes and hit the road.
The Kombi also comes with 17-inch wheels with new tires, LED lighting, and complete internal finishing. Thus, the project positions itself as a motorhome that stands out from the most common adaptations made to old vehicles. It is the kind of construction that draws attention not only for creativity but for the level of execution.
