The decision can still be challenged in the STF plenary

A Petrobras, represented by the shares PETR3 and PETR4, reported today that it obtained a positive decision in a labor case that discusses the way of calculating the supplementary Minimum Remuneration by Level and Regime (RMNR) by the First Class do Supreme Court (STF).

According to the statement, the First Class do Supreme, by a majority of 3 votes in favor and 1 against, recognized the validity of a collective work agreement signed by the Petrobras and os unions, in relation to the calculation methodology for determining the remuneration of the company's employees. A Petrobras also informed that the court decision may be appealed to the plenary of the STF.
