The Internship Positions at Hydro Are for Students Residing in Pará, Belém, and Rio de Janeiro
Hydro is launching the Infinite Talent Program, aimed at university students who identify as women, with internship positions available at the company’s units in Pará, including Alunorte, Albras, and the corporate offices in Belém and Rio de Janeiro.
Applications for the program positions are open until November 30, providing a unique opportunity for the professional development of participants.
How to Apply for the Internship Positions at Hydro
To apply for the internship positions, it is necessary to be pursuing a higher education degree from the 4th semester, have availability for six hours a day, and possess intermediate knowledge of English.

Students from over 25 undergraduate courses can participate, and the complete list is available on the program’s website. The selection process includes online stages, such as tests and group activities, followed by in-person interviews.
This is the fourth edition of the internship program, recognized with the first place in the IEL Talent Award 2023 in the “Innovative Company – Large Company” category. The Euvaldo Lodi Institute (IEL/PA) annually highlights the best internship practices implemented by companies and educational institutions in Pará.

Benefits Offered by Hydro for the Internship Positions
Those selected will receive an internship scholarship compatible with the market, as well as benefits such as food vouchers, transportation vouchers, health insurance, and life insurance. The internship lasts for one year, and it can be renewed for another year if the intern is still in their degree program, with activities expected to start in April 2024.
The Infinite Talent Program is an initiative in partnership with IEL/PA, part of the “S” System, promoting interaction between schools and companies through supervised internships, training sessions, mentorships, and monthly meetings with the human resources sector. Hydro also invests in the development of young talents through programs aimed at apprentices and trainees.
Aligned with the Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Program (DIP), Hydro seeks to promote positive changes in society, including goals for increasing the representation of women and the inclusion of people with disabilities in its selection processes. The DIP aims to transform the company’s culture by integrating people from different races, ethnicities, and the LGBTQIA+ community.
