UP Offshore was acquired in March 2019 by SEACOR Marine and the company is a leading provider of offshore support vessel services for the energy sector in Brazil, the largest regional market in Latin America.
Of the 14 vessels in UP Offshore’s fleet, 12 are located in Brazil and are registered under the Brazilian flag. Nine are platform supply vessels, four are ROV support vessels, and one is an offshore terminal vessel.
