During the journey, Trainee Ipiranga develops in a structured way, with the opportunity to be the protagonist of different strategic initiatives of the company and of their career. The duration of the Program is 12 months and is designed for the professional growth of the participants.

The areas with vacancies available for Trainee are: Commercial, Planning and Finance; Technology, Innovation and New Business; Sustainability; and Operations.

Requirements:

• Having completed graduation between January / 2016 to December / 2021
• Prior experience of 2 years preferred;
• Availability to reside in the city of Rio de Janeiro, with mobility to any location in Brazil, including travel.
