L’Oréal, The Global Cosmetics Giant, Calls For Candidates Without Experience Looking For Their First Job In Its Trainee Program. Secure Your Spot!

L’Oréal Brazil has announced the opening of registrations for its Trainee Program, recruiting professionals from different areas to fill job vacancies in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. Candidates who graduated within the last three years are eligible to apply, and for the first time, 50% of the vacancies will be reserved for black candidates. Registrations will be open until July 23. Expected start date: September 2021.

Business is for those with a profile of constant change, adaptability, and rotation, becoming a hybrid and complete profile to act in the various aspects of the beauty business.

Expert is for those looking to become a reference in their area of expertise, undergoing different rotations in areas such as research & innovation, operations, HR, finance, and digital.

“We are not looking to recruit profiles for a specific position, we are seeking potential for our next generations of leaders at L’Oréal, people who are innovative, entrepreneurial, and ambitious,” explains Fabile Migon, Talent Management Director at L’Oréal Brazil.

Personalized development track: A personalized training plan based on the professional’s priorities. Some actions are common to all trainees, but specific opportunities will be offered, focusing on development and area of expertise.
