Logistics Manager Trainee – São Paulo (SP)
The Logistics Manager Trainee will be responsible for learning and preparing to lead all logistic operations of a Distribution Center, Cross, and Transfer Points (TPs). This includes managing supply, sales, reverse logistics, and transportation processes (Malha Luiza, Road, and Courier), for both proprietary products and products from the marketplace.
The role requires direct interaction with operational teams, carriers, stores, and partner areas, as well as financial management of the unit, performance indicator control, implementation of improvements with Lean and Kaizen methodologies, and, most importantly, people development. The manager should also promote a culture of feedback, innovation, and efficiency.
