The largest trademark registration company in Brazil, Consolide announced that it will hire an additional 150 employees in 2022, without requiring a college degree – just a complete high school education – for most opportunities. In the past year, 96 people were hired, and the goal is to continue growing. For this, the company understood that it needs more than diplomas; it needs motivated, proactive professionals with great purposes who wish to build a successful career. Helena Cesa, responsible for the People Management area at Consolide, explains that in 2022, the largest volume of hiring will be for the commercial team, but there will also be openings for other areas such as Legal, Support, People Management, UX/Product, and Marketing. “Today, we have Consoliders, as we affectionately call ourselves around here, working remotely in various cities across the country. The commercial area was the only one with nearly 100% of the team on-site, but in 2021, we restructured and sought development, as well as mentors, to prepare us for remote management. Now, the goal is to expand the commercial team with home office positions,” Helena states.

This move accompanies the company’s investments in its own Corporate University, which now offers learning tracks for team development and a team of Enablement prepared to train, develop, and form the best professionals in the market. “In 2021, 100% of our employees started their journey through our Corporate University. During the period, many technical and behavioral contents were shared with our teams, bringing even more dynamism and assertiveness to Consolide’s results,” highlights Tânia Acosta, Enablement Manager.
The CEO of Consolide, Alan Marcos, emphasizes that the hiring planned for 2022 represents the accelerated development of the startup, which has a growth rate of 103% per year. “We are one of the fastest-growing companies in Brazil, and therefore, we need motivated employees focused on professional development,” concludes the executive.
