Brazil Currently Has More Than 6,000 Job Openings in Public Competitions with Opportunities for Elementary, High School, Technical, and Higher Education. Successful Candidates Will Receive Salaries of Up to R$ 6,000.
The month of November has arrived with new opportunities for job seekers in the country. Many public competitions have openings this month with opportunities in various sectors and education levels such as elementary, high school, technical, and higher education. The areas that are gaining the most attention are security and administration. In total, there are more than 6,000 job openings across the country, especially in the Southeast, North, and Northeast regions. Check out the main public competitions currently open:
Military Police – São Paulo: 2,400 Openings
The Military Police of the State of São Paulo opened registrations on November 4 for a public competition aimed at hiring 2,400 second-class soldiers from the Military Police Corps (QPPM).
The salary offered for the position is R$ 3,875.27. To apply, candidates must have completed high school. Applications must be submitted by December 20.

Air Force – National: 500 Openings
The Brazilian Air Force has been accepting registrations since November 3 for those interested in participating in the Voluntary Military Service, which is temporary. Candidates must have completed a technical high school. Positions available include communication, administration, design, electronics, nursing, logistics, radiology, and nutrition.
The public competition openings are distributed among several cities in Brazil, in the states of Pará, Goiás, Maranhão, Federal District, São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Pernambuco, Paraná, Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, Amazonas, Roraima, Rondônia, Rio Grande do Norte, Ceará, Bahia, Minas Gerais, and Mato Grosso do Sul.
Public Prosecutor’s Office – Minas Gerais: 101 Openings
The Public Prosecutor’s Office of Minas Gerais has also opened registrations for its public competition. There are 101 positions available for officers and analysts.
The opportunities require high school and higher education, respectively. Salaries can range from R$ 4,075.84 to R$ 6,279.14. The organizing body for the process is the Consulplan Institute.
SEAD – Goiás
The State Administration Secretariat of Goiás is another entity that has a competition with open registrations this November. The selection process offers 93 opportunities for the positions of technician and environmental analyst at the State Secretariat for the Environment and Sustainable Development.
The salaries for the positions in the public competition are R$ 4,020.09 for technicians and R$ 5,576.26 for analysts.
CEETEPS – São Paulo: 1,120 Openings
Those waiting for public competitions in the education sector can apply for the selection process launched by the State Center for Technological Education Paula Souza.
The entity responsible for carrying out the competition for elementary, high school, technical, and higher education is the FAT Foundation. In total, there are 1,120 openings for various positions with salaries ranging from R$ 1,689.53 to R$ 4,737.56.
Military Police – Ceará: 1,500 Openings
The Military Police of the State of Ceará also has several openings for those interested in working in public security. A total of 1,500 openings are available for high school graduates for the position of soldier.
Of this total, 1,000 opportunities are for hiring, and the remaining are for creating a reserve list. The estimated salaries can reach R$ 4,983.30. Applications can be made until November 23.
Brazilian Navy – National: 549 Openings
One of the most competitive and significant public competitions is that of the Brazilian Navy. Like the Air Force, the Navy’s process aims to hire new officers for the Voluntary Military Service temporarily.
A total of 549 positions are being offered to candidates who have completed higher education in various fields. Applications must be submitted by the end of November.
