To participate in the selection process, interested candidates must present proven experience of at least one year in offshore roles, registered in the Digital Work Card (CTPS Digital). Physical work cards will not be accepted, following the current standard of digital documentation adopted by the human resources sector.
In addition to proven experience, candidates must hold certificates for mandatory courses for onboard work, such as the CBSP (Basic Platform Safety Course) and the T-HUET (Submersible Helicopter Training), both valid. Certifications for maritime courses such as CZA (Passenger Ship Safety Course) and TAA (Alarm Response Training) are also required.
Marfood advises that the documents presented be organized and updated, as the process will be swift and aims to select professionals ready to take on new offshore demands immediately.
Direct Selection Process and Future Opportunities for Those Still Seeking Experience
The format adopted by Marfood for this selection process is in-person, with a direct interview with the company’s HR, which increases the chances of hiring for those who are adequately prepared. Approved candidates may be called in the coming weeks for deployments in the units where Marfood Catering operates, primarily along the Fluminense coast.
