In addition to proven experience, candidates must hold certificates for mandatory courses for onboard work, such as the CBSP (Basic Platform Safety Course) and the T-HUET (Submersible Helicopter Training), both valid. Certifications for maritime courses such as CZA (Passenger Ship Safety Course) and TAA (Alarm Response Training) are also required.
Marfood advises that the documents presented be organized and updated, as the process will be swift and aims to select professionals ready to take on new offshore demands immediately.

The format adopted by Marfood for this selection process is in-person, with a direct interview with the company’s HR, which increases the chances of hiring for those who are adequately prepared.
