Internship

Requirements: you must be a student in the penultimate or last year of the following courses: Administration, Accounting and Computing Sciences, Foreign Trade, Law, Engineering — Environmental, Food, Information, Quality, Processes, Production, and Chemical — Statistics, Journalism, Marketing, Veterinary Medicine, Psychology, Advertising and Propaganda, and Animal Science.

The position will be at the corporate office — located in São Paulo — and the program lasts a maximum of two years, starting in February 2022. Benefits include a scholarship of R$ 2,000, transportation voucher, meal voucher, life insurance, and recess. To promote training, selected young people will receive mentoring from directors in each area of operation.

Trainee

Requirements: the selection process for the Marfrig 2022 Trainee Program is aimed at recent graduates (up to two years after graduation) in the following courses: Business Administration, Accounting and Economic Sciences, Engineering — Civil, Quality, Food, Processes, Production, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics, and Chemical — and Veterinary Medicine.

With a duration of 18 months, opportunities are available in the company’s units spread throughout the country, such as Alegrete, Bagé, Pampeano/Hulha Negra, and São Gabriel in Rio Grande do Sul; Bataguassu in Mato Grosso do Sul; Chupinguaia in Rondônia; Mineiros in Goiás; Promissão in São Paulo; Pontes e Lacerda, Tangará da Serra, and Várzea Grande in Mato Grosso.

Expected to start in March 2022, offered benefits include a salary of R$ 6,000, transportation voucher or shuttle service, food allowance or basic basket, on-site meals, life insurance, and health and dental plans.

Program participants will undergo immersion in knowledge areas (Quality, Industry, and Engineering and Maintenance) and, after this period, will present a project for improvements and innovations in the areas.
