The Asphalt Plant Will Be Presented at Paving Expo 2022; Fair Runs Until Friday at Expo Center Norte, in São Paulo/SP

Considered the most comprehensive infrastructure and construction fair in Brazil, Paving Expo opens its doors this Wednesday (6/8) at Expo Center in São Paulo. The event runs until Friday, bringing together manufacturers, importers, distributors, and service providers in the sector. The gaucho company Margui Engenharia de Equipamentos is present at the fair at booth 304. In addition to strengthening relationships with clients and partners, the brand also takes the opportunity to showcase a significant launch: the new asphalt plant UAM 40-60.

The innovation features low maintenance costs and combines technology and robustness in a single piece of equipment. The UAM 40-60 asphalt plant is mobile and has a production capacity of up to 60 tons of asphalt per hour. Measuring 20.1 meters in length and 4.4 meters in height, the Margui UAM 40-60 weighs 28 tons and has a width of 3.2 meters.

Besides the fair, Paving Expo also includes a program focused on lectures and conferences. “After two years without in-person events, Margui resumes its participation in fairs at Paving Expo, which is a stage for many ideas, contacts, and business. The fair is an excellent opportunity for us to connect with clients and partners. We will also be present at conferences discussing the challenges and opportunities in the sector, which is essential for the development of our segment in Brazil”, highlights Gilberto Luz, engineer and CEO of the company.

Margui’s return to fairs comes after another important moment for the company: in the first quarter of this year, the unification of the brand’s two factories was completed. The manufacturing unit that was previously in Flores da Cunha, in Serra Gaúcha, has been transferred to the municipality of Vale Real, joining forces with the facilities that were already operating in the city. The transfer had been planned since 2020, when Margui acquired the company Plamex, based in the Vale do Caí region. With the union of the two operations, the expansion of new product manufacturing and the delivery of even more comprehensive solutions are expected, in addition to the creation of new jobs.
