The selection process for positions without a public tender occurs in the following stages:
- 1st Stage: Objective Test (OT) – eliminatory;
- 2nd Stage: Title Verification (TV) – classificatory;
- 3rd Stage: Verification of Biographical Data (VBD) – eliminatory; and Document Verification (DV) – eliminatory;
- 4th Stage: Health Inspection (HI) – eliminatory;
- 5th Stage: Physical Aptitude Test for Admission (PAT) – eliminatory;
- 6th Stage: Lesson Test (LT) – eliminatory and classificatory (applicable only for volunteers in the teaching knowledge area); and
