The state of Amazonas, in an initiative to boost professional qualification in the technology field, announces the opening of enrollments for seven free courses in the online (E-Learning) modality. This action, the result of a partnership between the State Secretariat for Economic Development, Science, Technology and Innovation (Sedecti) and the Eldorado Institute, one of the main Research and Development (R&D) centers in the country, aims to prepare young people and adults for the new opportunities in the job market.
Strategic Partnership And Comprehensive Content
The Eldorado Institute will provide learning paths in various technological careers, including Programming, Mobile Development, Interaction Design, Data & Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Game Development, and Cybersecurity. The TIC em Trilhas project offers professional qualification in several areas of technology, expanding opportunities for those looking to enter this promising sector, transition careers, or deepen their knowledge of trends.
Flexibility And Focus On Employability
All courses are 100% free and online (E-Learning), offering flexibility to participants who can be located anywhere in Amazonas. The courses are produced by specialists and focused on employability, with a hands-on approach so that, in addition to the certificate, students can apply their knowledge in practice and seek job opportunities in the field.

Alvaro Gonçalves, manager of Eldorado Manaus, states that the partnership is a significant step to empower young people and connect them with future opportunities. “Together, with the Government of Amazonas, through Sedecti, we will strengthen the innovation ecosystem in the state. With this alliance, we seek not only to qualify the workforce but also to inspire a new generation of talents who will be protagonists in the technology and innovation sector in the Northern Region,” he evaluates.
TIC In Trails Project
The TIC em Trilhas project is an initiative under the National Priority Interest Program (PPI), with Eldorado as the creator and one of the executors, supported by the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovations (MCTI) through resources from Law No. 8,248/91 and coordinated by Softex. The aim is to prepare and train students and professionals to work in technology fields, addressing the demand for qualified professionals in the area.
