Bioenergética Aroeira is looking for an Electrical and Automation Supervisor to work in Tupaciguara-MG. The company is located in the municipality of Tupaciguara, 50 km from Uberlândia, within the area defined by the Ecological Economic Zoning of the Minas Gerais government. The region has a high potential for sugarcane cultivation due to several factors, such as the extraordinary availability of planting areas, favorable climate, transportation logistics, and availability of labor.

The Company
Aroeira is a company operating in the sugar and alcohol sector with excellent facilities and conditions for internal and external expansion, possessing competitive and attractive qualities in the market. It currently engages in Alcohol Distillation from sugarcane, VHP Sugar production, and Generation of Sugar-Energy Bioelectricity through bagasse combustion.
It was designed to produce ethanol sustainably, with stringent control measures to maintain environmental balance and generate benefits for the local population, promoting development and quality of life.
The Position
Electrical and Automation Supervisor to perform the following activities:
- Coordinate maintenance, electrical, instrumentation, and power house teams, being responsible for the electrical plant, automation, electricity generation, and unit energy substations (SEUs);
- Plan maintenance during the off-season;
- Manage communication between the company and the local utility for necessary demands;
- Ensure compliance with relevant NRs in the area, as well as be accountable for the company’s electrical area with ANEEL, ONS, and others;
- Experience in cogeneration and electricity export projects is required;
- Degree in Electrical Engineering – active CREA;
- Willingness to reside in Tupaciguara.
