Machine and Equipment Operator

Requirements:

• Reside in Congonhas and Conselheiro Lafaiete, Minas Gerais;
• Availability for shift work;
• Active driver’s license category B;
• High school diploma preferred;
• Experience in the operation of mining machines and equipment preferred.

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform operation of mining machines and equipment such as loader, motor grader, wheeled backhoe, and excavator;
• Carry out excavation, loading, and transportation of ore and waste, separating piles in mining, feeding treatment facilities, loading and transporting rejects and intermediate products, loading final products, forming and raising piles in yards;
• Operate machines and equipment in infrastructure activities by opening, leveling, and performing drainage of access roads, storage yards, building ramps, berms, and slopes, making ditches, as well as assisting in the release of vehicles with mobility difficulties.

Welder

Requirements:

• Reside in Itabirito, Minas Gerais;
• Availability for shift work;
• High school diploma preferred;
• Experience in the mining area preferred.

Main Responsibilities:

• Inspect and analyze the conditions of the parts and materials to be welded, as well as prepare, clean, and treat the parts to be worked on;
• Perform grinding, drilling, cutting, and machining of parts, sheets, materials, and equipment;
• Perform electric, oxyacetylene, and other types of welding on parts, sheets, and equipment;
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment, machinery, and hydraulic pumps, as well as repair of machines and equipment.

Information Technician (Production)

Requirements:

• Technical training preferably in Mining, Logistics, Administration, Information Technology, Information, or related fields;
• Active registration with the Regional Council of Technicians;
• Intermediate knowledge of office software;
• Reside in Itabirito, Congonhas, or Conselheiro Lafaiete, Minas Gerais;
• Availability for administrative work hours;
• Advanced knowledge of Excel preferred (creating graphs, spreadsheets, and tables).

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the collection and recording of data and indices related to the company’s operational activities and present them in an organized manner to interested areas for performance and outcome evaluation;
• Assist various areas of the company, aiding in the preparation of documents through computerized tools as well as in data input into systems used by the company;
• Assist in the availability and verification of information regarding services performed by third parties, helping contract managers in approving the “measurements” of these services;
• Control the distribution, utilization, and maintenance of operational support devices, such as the communication radio system and mobile equipment GPS systems.
