The selection process includes several stages, from registration to vacancies and online tests to group dynamics and interviews with online leadership. To ensure an assertive choice, there will be a psychological assessment and admission exams. Samarco highlights the importance of commitment, requiring a minimum availability of one year to intern.
Opportunities in different locations – Be part of the transformation in mining
Those selected will have the chance to work in different locations, such as the Germano complex in Mariana, Matipó and the Candonga Project region (Santa Cruz do Escalvado, Rio Doce and Ponte Nova). Furthermore, the vacancies extend to the Samarco office in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, and at the Ubu unit, in Anchieta, Espírito Santo. The internship is scheduled to begin in March 2024.
