The Public Ministry of Rio Grande do Sul (MP-RS) launched a new public competition with 27 job openings available for Technician and Analyst positions. Available Positions and Offered Salaries
The competition of the Public Ministry is divided into two announcements: Announcement No. 09/2025, which offers positions only for Analyst, and Announcement No. 10/2025, which includes both Technician and Analyst.
In Announcement No. 09/2025, there are 20 openings for Legal Analyst, 1 opening for Civil Engineering, 1 opening for Occupational Safety Engineering, and 1 opening for Social Work.

How to Register for The Public Competition?
Registrations for the Public Ministry competition of Rio Grande do Sul must be made on the Instituto AOCP website, the organization responsible for the competition, until 11:59 PM on March 20.

The registration fee is R$ 150.00 for the Technician position and R$ 200.00 for the Analyst position. Those registered in the Unified Registry (CadÚnico) can request the registration fee waiver between February 20 and 25, facilitating access to the competition for a broader audience.

The Public Ministry expects a significant number of candidates to register, given the interest in the job openings available.
Test Details and Results
The competition will include an objective test that will feature different details of questions, based on the position.
The tests will take place in Porto Alegre on May 25, and the locations and times will be announced starting May 19, 2025. For the MP Analyst – Law position, the test will consist of 100 questions, while other positions will have 60 questions.
The preliminary official answer keys for the Public Ministry competition tests will be released on May 26, and the results will be announced on June 30.
To be approved, candidates must achieve at least 60% of the points in each test.
