Instrumentation and Control Supervisor – Offshore
Position for Instrumentation & Control Supervisor to work in an Offshore opportunity, on the FPSO Anita Garibaldi.
To perform functions such as:
- Responsible for supervising and carrying out maintenance activities to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the entire plant, machinery, and all instruments and control systems.
- Be Trained and Tested by the Electrical Supervisor (RPE) to perform all electrical maneuvers of the plant, such as “Autonomous Start Operations (Black Start)” and all High Voltage operations, assisting the Electrical Supervisor when required.
- Supervise and carry out inspection and maintenance/repair/routine activities of the automation/electronic equipment and systems according to the Planned Maintenance System (AMOS). All testing and inspection routines required by the Planned Maintenance System are completed to maximize the effectiveness of the machinery.
Production Operator – Offshore
Professional for the position of Production Operator to work in an Offshore opportunity on MV 23.
To perform functions such as:
- Prepare, operate, and shut down the process plant and related process plant, gas injection, water treatment, and gas systems, etc., safely, as required or under the direction of the CCR Operator and Production Supervisor.
- Carry out the operation of the process plant and the equipment related to production safely and efficiently, following the guidelines of the CCR Operator and Production Supervisor.
Electrical Engineer
Professional for the position of Senior Electrical Engineer to work at the office located in Botafogo – RJ.
To perform functions such as:
- Define and implement maintenance strategies and practices, including – but not limited to – KPIs, planning, and execution workflows to be used across the fleet through the proper development of corporate procedures and close communication with the Maintenance Committee and key stakeholders (operations team, offshore teams). Develop and deploy work procedures and maintenance plans for all areas of the FPSO.
- Establish accurate monitoring of the Maintenance System’s performance, so that appropriate actions to eliminate gaps and promote its continuous improvement can be implemented through the development and implementation of suitable KPIs and meaningful statistics.
- Implement corporate lessons learned in maintenance plans to prevent the recurrence of failure events that can lead to major impacts, such as: personal injuries, environmental incidents, emergency events, high maintenance costs, equipment unavailability, and significant damage.
