Helmet Law in Effect Comes with Fines and Suspension of Driver’s License for Motorcyclists
Attention, motorcyclists! As usual, the helmet law not only imposes stricter rules for the use of the equipment but also brings severe penalties, such as fines and suspension of the driver’s license for motorcyclists who do not follow the guidelines. This measure aims to increase safety on the roads but is already causing concern among motorcycle, moped, and even motorized tricycle and quadricycle drivers. According to Article 244 of the Brazilian Traffic Code, not wearing a helmet is considered a serious infraction. Helmet Must Be Properly Fastened

Eu acho q já começa errado quando te obrigam a usar uma proteção dizendo que é pra te proteger , aí já está errado na minha opinião, pois se eu quero correr o risco , o único prejudicado serei eu , mas os motociclista foram aceitando tudo , então a ânsia de arrecadação vai aumentando e com ela novas regras , e eles deixam algumas bregas propositadamente, exemplo é aquele capacete q e só uma cuia em cima da cabeça. No meu entender , toda lei só pode ser criada ou alterada diante de uma demanda ou solicitação embalada em fatos , e isso não acontece no Brasil, ou alguém já viu um estudo sério q mostra um número alto de acidentes de moto causados pela viseira levantada , lembrando q antes também não podia andar com a viseira levantada , mas se vc estivesse com um óculos de sol ou de grau , não tinha problema, agora querem um óculos de motocross por dentro , queria ver quem criou essa aberração de lei , colocando um capacete de rua com um óculos na cabeça, motociclistas tinham q se unir e acabar com a “obrigatoriedade” do uso de capacete , e cada um usar por sua consciência, no ritmo q vamos , a próxima lei vai obrigar o motociclista a usar no dia a dia , macacão de corrida com air bag , botas e acessórios de proteção, sou motociclista desde meus 15 anos , já sofri algumas quedas e acidentes , inclusive os dois mais graves foram no tempo que nem capacete eu usava . Antes q alguns venham fazer críticas, “não sou contra o uso de capacete “, sou contra a obrigatoriedade, eu uso capacete desde antes de ser obrigatório.
