The free technical course will provide theoretical and practical development for these future professionals, promote diversity and inclusion, and accelerate technical qualification for the Oil and Gas market.

The technical qualification training will be funded by Aker Solutions, and the selected women will also receive a monthly financial assistance of R$ 400.00 provided by the company.
