The German multinational of agricultural machinery and equipment is not entirely new to Brazil. It has been operating in the country since 2017, in a rented warehouse in Paraná’s capital, Campo do Santana. With the new investment, the company will move from a limited operation in a 3,000 m² warehouse on an 18,000 m² plot to a 158,000 m² area, of which 32,000 m² will be covered.
It is estimated that the workforce will grow from the current 120 employees to 400 in five years in Joinville, Paraná. So far, R$ 50 million has already been invested to implement the first phase of the factory. With the German multinational’s factory fully operational, the Brazilian market alone will already represent a significant contribution to the group’s overall results worldwide.
