Prerequisites: Education: Technician in Industrial Mechanics, Mechatronics, Naval Construction, or equivalent regular course;
Previous Experience:
- Required: at least 01 year in assembling mechanical components (DOES NOT NEED TO BE SPECIFIC);
- Must have experience in the industry, preferably in Oil and Gas
- Desirable: Experience in industrial environments with a 5S culture, waste elimination, zero defects, and zero accidents.
- Desirable: NR 11 – Lifting and Moving Loads, Crane Operation, Basic Welding Operation, operation of cutting and rotating equipment;
- Required: Reading and interpreting drawings and technical documents;
- Required: Knowledge in metrology: reading instruments.
- Availability to work 6×1 – off on Sunday (may work on Sunday according to demand)
Activities: Prepare and assemble connectors on flexible lines, positioning their ends, using appropriate resins and adapting them to reels, to enable the interconnection of equipment or components, as well as operate the equipment for moving flexible lines, identifying and marking them according to company documentation and procedures;
Assist in the assembly of connectors using fastening devices, jigs, and other elements to facilitate the assemblies, minimizing encountered problems and recommending improvements;
Provide proof of knowledge and the historical record of field events pertinent to the project; Assist technically in data collection regarding the services of the area;
Assist in the assembly of connectors for flexible lines, according to the company’s instructions and procedures, at the Base, at other Bases, or on board, as requested by the client; Provide technical experience for projects and clients related to handling flexible lines;
Evaluate information and fill out reports manually or on the computer, aiming to validate compliance or deviations from existing standards according to company procedures; Analyze the techniques in the installation of required accessories and recommend improvements;
As routine, perform welding operations and conduct critical measurements using high-precision equipment, as well as prepare epoxy for anchoring the connector in the line; Evaluate information and assist in preparing reports to validate compliance or deviations from existing standards;
Execute any other activities, tasks, or assignments defined by immediate supervision; Minimize encountered problems in the area and recommend solutions;
Clean, inspect, and organize equipment and the work area;
Offer suggestions and participate in analysis groups and implementation of improvement actions and waste elimination in production activities.
