The Multinational Bayer, a Company Focused on Health and Agriculture, is Offering Hundreds of Internship Opportunities for Unexperienced Candidates from Various Regions of Brazil  

The multinational Bayer announced last Friday (18) the opening of its internship program 2022. The positions are open for unexperienced students at technical and higher education levels residing in Minas Gerais, Mato Grosso do Sul, São Paulo, Mato Grosso, Rio de Janeiro, Goiás, and Bahia. Bayer is a company focused on areas such as health and agriculture based in Leverkusen, Germany.

The pathway is based on group learning, digital experience, and on the job learning. Participants without experience will be trained to learn about digital transformation, career, innovation, performance, emotional intelligence, project vision, and, most importantly, about the company. Candidates without experience who wish to participate in the company’s selection process must meet the following requirements:  

Technical: The technical-level candidate must be enrolled in a technical course, have availability to work for 30 hours a week, and be available to work for a period of 24 months.  

Higher Education: Must be enrolled from the second semester of a technological course or the third semester of a bachelor’s degree, have a minimum of one year available for the internship, and be available to intern for 30 hours during the week at the desired location.

Agricultural Higher Education: Enrolled in the last year of Agricultural Engineering or Agronomy, must be available to intern for 5 to 12 months and be available to intern for 40 hours during the week.  

Note: For some internship positions at Bayer, prior knowledge of English will be required.

Before that, it will be necessary to create an account on the platform using personal data such as full name, email, CPF, and document number. It is worth noting that those interested in the opportunities will have until April 14 to apply.

What Will the Selection Process Be Like and What Benefits Does the Multinational Offer?  

The selection of unexperienced candidates for internship positions at Bayer will be divided into three stages. The first will be online registration and assessment. After that, a group dynamics exercise will be conducted depending on the workplace location, along with an English test for some positions, and finally, a business panel that includes group dynamics and a final interview or just a final interview depending on the workplace location.

It is necessary to keep an eye on your email, as all communication between the multinational and the unexperienced candidate will occur through it. The estimate is that those approved in the program will start working in August of this year. In addition to the development pathway provided by the company and the opportunity for professional growth, participants will also receive a salary of R$ 1,100 for technical positions, R$ 2,000 for higher education candidates, and R$ 2,200 for Agricultural higher education candidates.

Those approved for the internship positions at Bayer will receive benefits such as medical assistance, financial advice, gym membership, transportation allowance, dental assistance, meal voucher, or on-site meals, among others.
