Details of the Public Access Manager Position
The professional selected for the position of Public Access Manager will have the main mission of ensuring that GSK’s innovative medications reach the patients who need them most.
Working with state and municipal health departments, reference centers, and military hospitals, the candidate will be responsible for developing effective strategies and managing strategic accounts in the public market.
Main Responsibilities
Ensure in-depth knowledge of the public market, including health departments and reference centers, to act as a subject matter expert;
Develop and execute business strategies aligned with the needs of public payers;
Map stakeholders and conduct strategic meetings with influencers and decision-makers;
Identify opportunities to expand access to GSK products, including the development of protocols and administrative processes;
Follow up on the submission of scientific dossiers for the incorporation of new technologies at different institutional levels;
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment of actions with the company’s strategic objectives.
Position Requirements
Candidates must meet the following criteria to apply for the vacancy:
Bachelor’s degree;
Previous experience in the access area, especially in the pharmaceutical segment.
Knowledge in working with public agencies and health institutions;
Ability to manage strategic accounts;
Availability for travel.
