“GE is advancing in its journey of inclusion and diversity, and it is important for us to work on multiple fronts, one of which is bringing in young talent. Since 2020, we have been talking with companies that have implemented similar programs to listen and learn from their experiences. In parallel, we worked with Bettha Consulting to help us design a program that meets our business needs but also brings representation from our society. Thus, our goal is to attract a more diverse population, including Black individuals, LGBTQIA+, women, and people with disabilities,” says Genésio Neto, Leader of the GE Brazil Internship Program 2022 and in charge of Talent Acquisition for Latin America.

Candidates approved in the General Electric Brazil Internship Program 2022 will not only have the chance to work for a century-old company in the country, but will also be invited to actively learn about and participate in all actions supporting diversity and inclusion that the company has been working on in recent years.
