MODEC is looking for recently graduated Engineers interested in developing in the Static Structure Integrity area to work at the Macaé office. Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for managing contracts with third-party companies for the inspection of primary structures, focusing on falling objects;
• Responsible for evaluating training and its implementation for Inspectors, Operators, and Equipment Technicians. He must also conduct inspections;
• Maintain the main equipment list updated;
• Define and inform the involved operations managers the time, type, periodicity, and list of equipment that needs to be inspected according to the inspection program, as well as the NDT examination, tests, measurements, replacements, repairs or modifications to be carried out, which should be communicated with their duration and dates. All this information should be included in the shutdown plan;
• Conduct or witness or ensure that the tests, measurements, and examinations necessary to assess the physical condition of the equipment will be based on written procedures;
• Conduct or witness or ensure the verification of the performance of safety valves, based on written procedures, to ensure safe conditions for the operation of the equipment;
• Preparation of technical procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Naval Engineering;
• Active CREA;
• Advanced English;
• Interest in developing in the Integrity area.
