Job Responsibilities
At Prosegur, the Junior Support Technician will be responsible for a series of technical functions, including complete technical support for alarm systems, CCTV, VMS, routers, and networks.
This job requires the professional to provide technical support for the operational times of Segurpro, field time, and also for the commissioning team.
The Support Technician will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the results of the services provided, using indicators and suggesting improvements as necessary.
Additionally, it is required that the professional is dedicated to continuous learning, staying updated with the technologies and systems used by the company.
For this job opening, the candidate will also need to provide regular reports to their immediate supervisors regarding the progress of activities and achieved results. Prosegur also requires knowledge of English and Spanish.
