Siemens Has Dozens Of New Job Openings In São Paulo, Jundiaí, And Belo Horizonte. Students Without Experience Enrolled In Various Fields Can Participate

The German multinational automation company Siemens announces the opening of new job vacancies in its talent development program on the morning of this Friday (15). Students from various fields and municipalities such as São Paulo, Jundiaí, and Belo Horizonte can apply until the 5th of next month. The company’s program aims to develop future professionals for the market. In total, there are 54 vacancies for the second semester of this year available in the aforementioned municipalities.

Understand How The Siemens Multinational Program Will Work

The new talents will be hired to work in areas such as administration, sales, finance, controllership, quality, after-sales, project management, engineering, among others. Throughout the program in São Paulo, Jundiaí, and Belo Horizonte, participants will have the chance to engage in a development plan with various activities.

The Siemens multinational development track includes Onboarding, Internet of Things and its tools, Introduction and Project Management, Emotional Intelligence and Resilience, Agile Mindset, Self-awareness, Network Communication, Social Projects, Volunteering, and Compliance. Those wishing to participate must be enrolled in higher education with expected graduation between July of the next year and July 2024.

Additionally, Siemens requires applicants to be available to work 6 hours a day, which amounts to 30 hours a week, and also have an intermediate level of English.

In this edition of the multinational’s job vacancies program, young people studying Data Science, Foreign Trade, Accounting, Environmental Management, Controllership, Economics, Law, Logistics, Marketing, Psychology, Environmental Engineering, Energy Engineering, Computer Engineering, Production Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Forestry, or Electrotechnics, among others, will be accepted.

Those interested in applying must access the company’s page on 99 jobs and register on the platform using some details like Full Name, CPF, Email, among others. On the website, it is also possible to access the areas of operation in São Paulo, Jundiaí, and Belo Horizonte. After registration and application, candidates must undergo a fully online selection process.

The Siemens selection process includes stages such as applications and online tests, video challenge evaluation, online dynamics, and interviews. Successful students will be notified by Siemens in June.
