Operations Supervisor

Requirements:

• Complete higher education in Administration or Engineering or related areas;
• Pursuing Postgraduate Studies;
• Previous experience in the role with Management of People and Operational Teams;
• Active Category B Driver’s License;
• Advanced English.
• Postgraduate/Master/MBA – Status: Completed;

Some Activities:

– Define and size, together with your supervisors and manager, the objectives of the business units, based on the KG and regional strategy, aiming for productivity optimization and cost reduction.
– Be responsible for the administration of the budget for revenues and expenses of the business unit under your responsibility, ensuring the achievement of the indicators detailed in the company’s strategic planning.
– Ensure compliance with the quality of the work performed by your team and guarantee adherence to the company’s procedures, especially regarding the Code of Conduct and Occupational Safety.
– Motivate the work team in the constant pursuit of challenges, encouraging their participation in decisions and teamwork, within a healthy and professional environment, aiming to achieve and/or exceed the goals set by management;
