Petrobras announces a 5% increase in gas cylinder prices, with a 25,55kg cylinder costing R$ 13

Upon publication by Petrobras informing an increase in the prices of gas cylinders, Ultragaz announced that it has just formed a partnership with the payment technology company Elo. Anyone who buys P13 or P45 cylinders through the Ultragaz app and pays online with an Elo credit card or Caixa Elo virtual debit card will automatically receive a R$10,00 discount on the purchase.

Ultragaz's Customer Experience Manager, Diego Lomeu, said that “With the partnership, we were able to support the population that currently depends on the Federal Government's Emergency Aid, which can be used with the Caixa Elo virtual debit card via the CAIXA Tem app. The customer will have the option to buy an essential product at a reduced price, and it is up to him to use this benefit or not.” This discount on the Ultragaz app will be valid until October 31, 2020, in the locations where the app is available, currently there are 12 states and 356 cities in the national territory.

It is worth mentioning that Ultragaz is the first LP Gas company in Brazil to bottle and a pioneer in sales volume. It has 18 bottling and distribution bases in Brazil and is responsible for supplying more than 1,7 million tons of LPG to more than 11 million homes and approximately 54.000 commercial customers.
