The significant number of opportunities has been divided among different admission modalities, increasing students’ chances:

- 2,520 places through the Unicamp Entrance Exam (VU) 2026.
- 341 places via ENEM-Unicamp Announcement, plus 94 additional places.
- 327 places reserved for the Provão Paulista 2026.
- 59 places for the Indigenous Entrance Exam, with another 71 additional places.
- 121 places for those who participated in scientific Olympiads, plus 12 additional anticipated.
According to Unicamp, places that are not filled in specific modalities will be automatically transferred to the traditional entrance exam, ensuring that no course remains without new students.

The list is extensive and covers areas from Humanities and Arts to Health and Engineering courses. Among the options are:
- Humanities and Arts: Architecture and Urbanism, Social Communication – Midialogy, Philosophy, History, Pedagogy, Literature, Dance, Music (various specializations), Visual Arts, and Administration.
- Biological and Health Sciences: Medicine, Nursing, Biological Sciences, Pharmacy, Nutrition, Speech Therapy, Physical Education, and Dentistry.
- Exact and Technological Sciences: Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Chemical, Computer, Mechanical, Production, Environmental, among others), Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Chemistry, Physics, Geology, and Information Systems.

How the Selection Process Will Work
The entrance exam will be conducted in two in-person phases:
- First Phase: scheduled for October 26, 2025, with 72 objective questions from different subjects.
- Second Phase: occurs on November 30 and December 1, 2025, featuring essays, Portuguese, Mathematics, interdisciplinary, and specific questions.
- Specific Skills Tests: scheduled for December 3 to 5, 2025, valid for courses such as Performing Arts, Dance, Music, and Visual Arts.
The final result will be announced in January 2026, with immediate enrollment commencement.
Inclusion and Affirmative Policies
The 2026 Unicamp Entrance Exam Announcement also strengthens the quota policy. At least 15% of the places in each course are reserved for self-declared black and brown candidates, which can reach 27.2% depending on the area.
Additionally, students who completed high school in public schools benefit from the PAAIS (Program for Affirmative Action and Social Inclusion), which grants bonuses to the final score. According to the university itself, the program has contributed to greater social and cultural diversity on campus.

- 08/01 to 09/08/2025 – Registration period on Comvest’s website.
- 09/15 to 09/30/2025 – Submission of videos for Music tests (online).
- 10/26/2025 – First phase of the entrance exam.
- 11/30 and 12/01/2025 – Second phase of the entrance exam.
- 12/03 to 12/05/2025 – Specific skills tests (except Music).
- January 2026 – Announcement of results and start of enrollments.
The registration fee is R$ 221, with the possibility of requesting a waiver for low-income students, as provided in the announcement published by Comvest.
Requirements
To participate, candidates must have completed high school by the end of 2025 or be about to finish. Applications from already graduated individuals who wish to start a new program are also accepted.
It is necessary to provide a personal CPF and present an identification document with a photo. Candidates in the training condition can also register but do not compete for undergraduate places.
Registrations Open for the 2026 Unicamp Entrance Exam
Registrations for the 2026 Unicamp Entrance Exam are already confirmed and must be made exclusively through Comvest’s website between August 1 and September 8, 2025. The candidate needs to fill out the online form, provide personal data, choose the desired course, and pay the registration fee of R$ 221 by the deadline.
The university emphasizes that there will be a possibility of fee exemption for low-income students, according to criteria established in the announcement. Those intending to apply for the places should be aware of the deadline, as there will be no extensions of the registrations.
