FAURGS Offers Opportunity in New Selection Process in the More Health Project with Agent at National Level. Check How to Apply!

The Foundation for Support of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (FAURGS) has just announced the opening of a selection process with 536 vacancies for the More Health Project with Agent, covering the entire country, according to the website Contests in Brazil.

The announcement no. 04/2025 offers opportunities for temporary hiring of supervisors for the Technical Courses of Community Health Agent and Health Surveillance, aimed at combating endemic diseases.

The initiative, organized by UFRGS, aims to strengthen the Unified Health System (SUS) through the training of professionals.

Vacancies and Requirements to Participate in the UFRGS Selection Process

Number of vacancies: 536 + reserve list
Position: Supervisor
Work hours: 15 hours per week
Salary: R$ 1,400.00/month
Contract duration: Up to 8 months (extendable)

Who Can Participate?

To compete for one of the vacancies in the selection process, it is necessary to meet the following criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas:
✔ Social Work
✔ Biology
✔ Public Health
✔ Public Health
✔ Biomedicine
✔ Physical Education
✔ Nursing
✔ Pharmacy
✔ Physiotherapy
✔ Speech Therapy
✔ Medicine
✔ Veterinary Medicine
✔ Nutrition
✔ Dentistry
✔ Psychology
✔ Occupational Therapy

Active affiliation with SUS in the municipality of application
Minimum experience of 3 months in Primary Health Care or Health Surveillance

The selected professionals will work in various locations across the country, as per Annex I of the announcement.

Applications for the selection process of UFRGS will be conducted exclusively online, until 11:59 PM on March 21, 2025, through the selection website of the More Health Project with Agent.
