“It depends on what makes sense for the client. A retailer that recently became our client opted to receive additional meters for some stores that were outside the contract. These stores are on low voltage and cannot migrate to the free market yet, but with the meters, the company can understand how much it is spending in these units. It is a way to add value for the client,” reports Claudio Ribeiro.
