Nuclep's president, Rear Admiral Carlos Henrique Silva Seixas, commented that the partnership and the memorandum of understanding confirm Nuclep's and Emgepron's commitment to the country's naval and strategic projects, with the Brazilian Navy.

He said: “This association makes us see very productive results and a fantastic horizon for the shipbuilding industry. There is great expectation that we will attend important Emgepron projects, such as the construction of ships and even energy. This alliance brings a lot of security in the development and delivery of fundamental works for the country. Nuclep's identity with the Navy is strong, for decades and I thank you once again for the trust that unites us”.

Nuclep's commercial director, Nicola Mirto Neto, highlighted the high potential of the Brazilian naval industry to develop over the next few years, with the need for support from companies and, mainly, the Brazilian Navy.

He also said that Emgepron and Nuclep reinforce the great relevance of the naval sector in Brazil, which has been carrying out a series of projects and solutions of extreme importance to the country. Now, with the new memorandum of understanding, that presence will become even more efficient.
