Odebrecht Expects 7 Thousand New Jobs and Record Revenue in 2026, Boosting Industrial Engineering and New Investments in Brazil.

Odebrecht Accelerates Hiring and Aims for Record Revenue: What Changes in 2026

Odebrecht and its subsidiary Tenenge announced what they intend to achieve in 2026: 7 thousand new hires and revenue exceeding R$ 2 billion in the industrial engineering sector.

The projection was presented by who leads the area, the Superintendent Director of Industrial Plants, Flávio Faria. The goals apply when the next annual cycle begins and should directly impact operations in different regions of Brazil, where the company is executing strategic projects.

The companies will achieve these results how? Through the expansion of ongoing industrial works and the consolidation of a robust project pipeline. All of this occurs because? Because 2025 marked the best performance of the last decade, paving the way for aggressive growth in the sector.

Thus, the company reinforces its presence among the main players in the industrial segment and once again boosts the corporate news market in the country.

Hiring for Job Vacancies and Billion-dollar Revenue Repositions Industrial Engineering in Brazil

The Odebrecht closed 2025 with achievements that expanded its project portfolio by up to R$ 12.5 billion, placing Tenenge at the center of an unprecedented recovery for industrial engineering. The company celebrated significant contracts in Petrobras refineries, strengthening its position in a highly competitive sector.

Additionally, the company confirmed that 2026 will require significant operational capacity, as hiring will grow substantially and involve high-complexity projects.

Strategic Works Drive Odebrecht’s Advancement in the Industrial Sector

Tenenge secured work fronts considered decisive for the sector. The company took on the construction of the Naphtha Hydrotreatment Unit, at RNEST, in Pernambuco, expanding the national refining park.

On the other hand, the company secured two unprecedented units in the Boaventura Energy Complex, in Rio de Janeiro:
• the HIDW system, focused on the production of Group II lubricants;
• the Catalytic Hydrocracking (HCC), essential for producing S-10 diesel and aviation kerosene.

Additionally, it expanded the processing of the Braskem plant in Duque de Caxias. These projects reinforce the prominence of industrial engineering in Brazil and show why the sector is experiencing strong expansion.

Business Environment Still Challenges the Sector, Despite Optimism

Flávio Faria states that recent public policies have stimulated the sector, but he warns of structural bottlenecks. He emphasizes that Brazil needs to encourage national industry, balance public investments, and rehabilitate business credit to strengthen competition.

Another critical point involves the shortage of skilled labor. Therefore, the company advocates for urgent investments in technical training to sustain the anticipated pace of expansion.

According to Faria:
The future is promising and will require planning and execution capabilities. We are very optimistic.”

Prospects for 2026: Accelerated Expansion and Elevated Competitiveness

The company details that, only at Tenenge, the next cycle could exceed R$ 2.2 billion in revenue, while the mapped pipeline exceeds R$ 45 billion in sectors such as biofuels, petrochemicals, refineries, terminals, pipelines, and vessels.

Thus, the corporate news from the group shows a company that consolidates its recovery and bets on selectivity to ensure global competitiveness.

With 7 thousand hires planned, Odebrecht repositions its operations and reinforces the relevance of industrial engineering, consolidating Brazil as a hub for major strategic projects.
