Engeman informs that he won new maintenance contracts with Petrobras shortly after Ocyan opened 500 jobs offshore in Macaé, to also meet contracts for the Brazilian oil giant!

Attention offshore professionals from Macaé and region, many job vacancies are to come! Engeman won another tender promoted by Petrobras, in which it will be responsible for the general maintenance of the cranes on Platforms P-57 and P-58.

The maximum operating capacity installed on FPSO P-57 is 180 bpd and 2 million m3 of gas. Its production takes place in a water depth of approximately 1260 meters and began in 2010.

The P-58 is an integral part of the Norte de Parque das Baleias project, which includes production from the fields of Baleia Franca, Cachalote, Jubarte, Baleia Azul and Baleia Anã.

The P-58 is installed around 85 km off the coast of Espírito Santo, in waters with a depth of 1.400 meters. In the coming months, 15 production wells will be connected to it, eight of which are pre-salt and seven post-salt, and 9 injection wells, through 250 km of flexible pipelines and two submarine manifolds (equipment that transfers oil from the wells to the platform).

500 jobs in Macaé for offshore maintenance opened yesterday (22/06), by Ocyan, to start working in July on Petrobras contracts in the fields of Merluza and Mexilhão

With the growing demand in the oil and gas sector, Ocyan opens 500 jobs for hiring in the Offshore Maintenance and Services area. The positions are all for offshore operations. Two hundred vacancies are to start from July and another 300 from August onwards. Interested parties should access the Nossa Gente page, on the company's website, and register by July 09th.

“With the winning of a new contract at the beginning of this year for work in the Merluza and Mexilhão fields, some opportunities opened up at Ocyan. We are in a positive moment for the sector and we will need qualified labor for the projects that we are going to execute”, explains Ocyan’s Director of Maintenance and Offshore Services, Vinicius Castilho.
