A company focused on small and medium entrepreneurs that provides Management Technology in health, Omie is continuing with its expansion plan aimed at opening 1,500 job openings by the end of this year. So far, the company has 160 work from home positions open for professionals from various fields all over Brazil. The company announced the opening of these opportunities on the 30th of last month (March).

According to Luiz Massad, Human Resources Director at Omie, the company seeks to understand the internal motivators of professionals and provide a healthy environment for them to work autonomously and with a sense of legacy, values that are part of the company’s culture.

The Information Technology sector has a high labor shortage, and the company has recognized this lack, which is why these professionals are the ones Omie is looking for. Massad states that the area is quite active due to the increase in demand for work from home services since the start of the pandemic. Thus, the company has job openings aimed at “catching” talent from all over Brazil for remote work.
