The Vivo Operator, one of the largest telecommunications companies in the country, is looking for new candidates to fill positions without experience. A total of 350 job openings are available in its internship program across various locations. With a focus on inclusion, half of the company’s opportunities are for Black individuals, and to provide greater flexibility, there are remote and in-person positions.
Who Can Apply for the Vivo Operator Jobs Without Experience?
To fill its internship opportunities, the company is looking for students projected to complete their higher education between July 2025 and July 2026. For Technology courses, those enrolled in the second semester in August this year are eligible.
It is important to note that the company does not require English proficiency and there is no age limit for entry into the program. Approved interns will work for 6 hours a day, with flexible hours to be agreed upon in the following cities:

The company has not disclosed information about the scholarship, but it reported that the wages are compatible with the labor market. Applications can already be made on the program’s website, and the selection process will include applications, interviews, and dynamics.
