Vivo Operator Has 350 Job Openings for Candidates Without Experience. There Are Remote and In-Person Opportunities in Various States.

The Vivo Operator, one of the largest telecommunications companies in the country, is looking for new candidates to fill positions without experience. A total of 350 job openings are available in its internship program across various locations. With a focus on inclusion, half of the company’s opportunities are for Black individuals, and to provide greater flexibility, there are remote and in-person positions.

Who Can Apply for the Vivo Operator Jobs Without Experience?

To fill its internship opportunities, the company is looking for students projected to complete their higher education between July 2025 and July 2026. For Technology courses, those enrolled in the second semester in August this year are eligible.

It is important to note that the company does not require English proficiency and there is no age limit for entry into the program. Approved interns will work for 6 hours a day, with flexible hours to be agreed upon in the following cities:

  • Recife (PE);
  • Vitória (ES);
  • São Paulo (SP);
  • Brasília (DF);
  • Curitiba (PR);
  • Londrina (PR);
  • Fortaleza (CE);
  • Maceió (AL);
  • Rio de Janeiro (RJ);
  • Santa Maria (RS);
  • Belém (PA).

In addition to the requirements mentioned above, it is essential that the candidate has the drive to transform the world, a love for technology and all its possibilities, enjoys making connections that go beyond, has curiosity, openness to new and different things to grow and learn more, and seeks to develop and gain professional experience in a reference company in the market.

The areas of expertise for the positions without experience are Audit, Legal, Commercial and Business, Marketing and Products, Engineering, Human Resources, Customer Experience, Sustainability, Finance, and Digital Technology.

Applications Can Be Made Until May 5

Contracts for the positions without experience last from 12 to 24 months, with the possibility of permanent hiring at the end of the program. The company has not disclosed information about the scholarship, but it reported that the wages are compatible with the labor market. Applications can already be made on the program’s website, and the selection process will include applications, interviews, and dynamics.

The Vivo Operator also offers benefits such as meal vouchers, health insurance, transportation vouchers, dental plans, day off, life insurance, smartphones, cable TV, and apps, among others. According to Niva Ribeiro, VP of People at Vivo, the company believes in and develops these talents so that they can take on effective positions within the company. The Vivo Operator aims to hire 1,500 interns by the end of 2024.
