Trabalhei com vendas e pós vendas em um Multinacional de Telefonia, comecei em 2009 em 2018 fui parar na sala de um psiquiatra , psicóloga, psicoterapeuta . A cobrança é muita p bater meta tanto do gerente de vendas , gerente regional e do gerente geral hoje em 2024 continuo em tratamento e meu celular no silencioso . Tenho pavor só em ouvir em falar de plano de telefonia . Misericórdia quando ele ligam me oferecendo melhorias p meu ou outra operadora oferecendo portabilidade . Cadastrei meu número no Não me Perturbe.
Concordo metas absurdas,,não vale a pena e dali pro CAPS call-center center horrível.
Vendem uma grande ilusão! E os jovens cheios de saúde, abraçam isso como primeiro emprego, depois dificilmente conseguirão dar certo em um trabalho diferente. O telemarketing é desvalorizado demais, ganha menos do que coletores de lixo, e deveriam ganhar o que ganha um prefeito.
Isso não é verdade, pelo menos na Vivo. Eu entrei na Vivo como atendente de call center, com menos de 3 meses de atendimento já estava em outra função. O salário é baixo, é verdade, é o piso de call center, mas os benefícios compensam demais. O call center da Vivo é um lugar agradável, e silencioso ( acreditem) e Vivo dá muitas oportunidades para crescimento. A porta de entrada é pelo call center, porque as demais vagas são destinadas para recrutamento interno, se vc tem esperança de entrar na Vivo numa função administrativa, esqueça. Enfim, sou funcionária da Vivo e estou muito satisfeita, é uma empresas que se importa com o bem estar do funcionário.
